  • Bank Transfer: Fees are the customer's responsibility.
  • Internet Connection: Any data/connection costs are the customer's responsibility.
Payment Methods (支払方法) Credit Card (Stripe), Bank Transfer.
Payment Deadline (支払時期) Payment must be completed within 3 days of registration. If payment is not confirmed, the registration will be automatically cancelled.
Service Delivery (役務の提供時期) On the scheduled date and time of the specific session, meeting, event or retreat.
Cancellations & Refunds (キャンセル・返品)

1. Standard Policy: Unless otherwise stated, refunds are as follows:

  • 14+ days before: Full refund (minus processing fee).
  • 13 to 3 days before: 50% cancellation fee.
  • 2 days before or "No Show": No refund.

    • 2. Processing Fees: For customer-initiated refunds, the original payment processing fee (approx. 3.6%) is non-refundable as it is retained by the payment provider.

    3. Organizer Cancellation: 100% refund if cancelled by BYCHOICE. We are not liable for external travel costs (flights, trains, taxi etc.).
Refund Method (返金方法) Please contact us via email. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or designated bank account within 14 days.

Cancellations & Refunds (キャンセル・返品)

1. 標準キャンセル規定: 別途記載がない限り、以下の規定が適用されます。

  • 開催14日前まで：全額返金（決済手数料を除く）
  • 開催13日前〜3日前：キャンセル料50%
  • 開催2日前〜当日・無断欠席：返金なし

    • 2. 決済手数料について: お客様都合による返金の場合、決済手数料（Stripe等、約3.6%）は返金されません。

    3. 主催者による中止: BYCHOICEの都合（講師の急病、会場閉鎖等）で中止となった場合は全額返金いたします。ただし、お客様が手配された交通費（航空券、電車、タクシー等）の補償は致しかねます。
Refund Method (返金方法) メールにてご連絡ください。14日以内にご指定の口座またはクレジットカードへ返金処理を行います。
