Weekend Retreat

Reset & Reconnect

March 28-29, 2026

(Saturday 9:00am-Sunday 1:30pm)

Otawara and Nasu, Tochigi, Japan

Spend a rejuvenating weekend surrounded by the serene landscapes of Otawara and the Nasu-Shiobara area.

Slow down.
Reconnect with what truly matters to you.
Return with renewed clarity and energy.

Activities

This farm-stay retreat blends mindfulness, gentle time in nature, and meaningful group connection to help you rediscover and restore your inner balance.

Yoga Meditation

Begin the day with a short guided meditation and light yoga stretches designed to ease tightness and mental noise. Move at your own pace. A simple practice to release tension and arrive fully into your weekend.

Group coaching and discussion

A gentle, facilitated space to pause and notice what has been on your mind. Together, we explore how to relate to it differently.
This becomes the foundation for a more present and restorative weekend.

Light Farming Activities

Take part in light, seasonal farm tasks at an easy pace. Working with the soil and plants brings attention back to simple, tangible moments. A quiet way to settle into the rhythm of nature.

Horse Grooming Session

Through brushing and caring for the horse, you’ll experience a different rhythm of connection. Their calm presence often helps us soften and settle. No rush, no performance, just being together.
